At Hesketh Bank Christian Centre Our vision is for people to encounter Jesus and find wholeness, hope and purpose - to be empowered to make a difference in the world.

Values

Relationship & Inspiration 

We believe that we are created for relationship with God, who inspires and communicates with us in various ways; through the Bible, Creation, prayer, the Spirit, and through each other. 
We are called to follow and serve Jesus every day and to reflect this in every part of our lives. 

Belonging & Friendship 

We believe that we are all made in the image of God, who loves everyone without exception, and that we are to be community together, just as God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 
We place a high value on church as a family, on friendship and on making everyone welcome. Our aim is to support, encourage and care for one another on the journey of belonging, believing and becoming. 

Partnership & Innovation 

We believe in the goodness of God who calls each of us to be transformed and to partner in the transformation of society; displaying God’s character and nature, revealed through the life, teaching, death and resurrection of Jesus. 
We want to see everyone flourishing in both their natural and spiritual gifts. To share responsibility for, and be involved in, the life of the church; open to innovative ways of embodying the good news of Jesus in a rapidly changing world.
